Equality and Diversity

Commons College it totally committed to identifying and challenging inequalities arisen from race, religion, sexual orientation and gender relations that may provide trigger points for prejudice, discrimination, harassment and aggression that cannot be legislated out of existence in a single community. At Commons College we challenge behaviour and require staff and students to accept and respect the practices and dignity of all our colleagues and students.

Our staff and student community bring a wide perspective to international cultures. But we improve the confidence of staff and students, effectively and proportionately, to challenge and eliminate discriminatory and prejudicial behaviour in accordance with UK race and equality act 2010.
